1. Request Period
Customers can request a return or exchange within 3–4 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Item Condition Required
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
The product should be free from damage, stains, or odors
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or defective products, subject to availability.
Exchanges must be requested within the 3–4 day window
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund may be processed as per policy
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds are issued only after successful quality checks.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery
